Terry is responsible for promoting sustainability issues within industry and Government. His responsibilities include partnering with industry to help them improve their bottom line and environmental outcomes and see the environment as a business opportunity rather than a business cost; developing and promoting carbon management principles being used within EPA and industry more broadly; chairing the Australasian branch of the United Nations Environment Program Finance Initiative, a unique collaboration that supports the development of sustainable financial services in the global community.
Terry is responsible for legislative development, Government relations and for promoting best practice environmental management and cleaner production through support services for industry. He also manages the establishment and implementation of commercial business plans for gaining contracts nationally and internationally and coordinates EPA involvement in overseas improvement programs. Terry is responsible for coordinating and promoting UNEP’s finance initiatives activities in Australasia.
Prior to joining EPA, Terry worked for the Victorian Treasury Department, the Victorian Department of Conservation, Forests and Lands, the Commonwealth Taxation Office and Coopers & Lybrand.

Shane has over 12 years experience in consumer goods packaging, manufacturing and engineering. Prior to joining HAVI Global Solutions, Shane served in a variety of packaging development roles ranging from Packaging Engineer to Section Manager with Unilever and Abbott Laboratories. Shane holds a B.S. in Packaging from Michigan State University and a Master of Engineering Management degree from Northwestern University.

Amanda Cattermole

Amanda Cattermole is the Technical Director of the Global innovation Group for Levi Strauss and Company. Her responsibilities include identifying consumer and global trends and finding technologies and ideas that could generate future growth for the company. She also works with all parts of the Supply Chain to implement new product concepts for both the Levi and Docker’s Brand.
She has been working on the Sustainability, Green and Beyond platform for Levi’s since mid 2005. She was instrumental in identifying the green trend and translating it into Levi’s eco jeans. She was part of the team that developed Levi’s eco jeans which were successfully launched in Fall 2006.
Amanda also designed, managed and led a future oriented sustainability brainstorming forum earlier this year. The outcome was a pipeline of sustainable concepts that are in the process of being developed.
Amanda is currently on a core Environmental Vision team that will help shape the sustainability efforts for Levi Strauss and Company in the next few years.
Amanda has a degree in Colour Chemistry from Leeds University and a Masters degree in Textile Science from UC Davis.

Barbara Close

Barbara may have the most exciting job at TerraCycle overseeing the sponsored waste programs. Nationwide, consumer brigades collect tons of waste packaging from the biggest brands in the world. The program diverts unrecyclables to new uses in a fun and educational way that also rewards consumers and brings positive credit to the sponsoring brands. TerraCycle upcycles he materials into cool products available nationally at major retailers including Wal-Mart and Target.
Called The Coolest Startup in America by Inc. Magazine, TerraCycle's sustainability solutions are being widely adopted as way to engage in new recycling habits, rescue unrecyclable materials from landfills and provide an high-visibility clean-up to the last step in brand supply chains.
Barbara transitioned into the sustainability area from M&A and strategy, having managed transactions and strategy assignments for industrial, retail and consumer products companies on a global basis. She started her career as a space systems test engineer after earning her bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington. Her MBA is from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Paul Comey

Paul Comey is Vice President of Environmental Affairs for Green Mountain Coffee Roasters. His responsibilities include assuring the company’s sites are in environmental compliance with all local, state and federal laws, reducing the environmental impact of the company’s operations, and contributing to the management of the company’s environmental, financial and social bottom lines.
Paul has a vision of accelerating Green Mountain Coffee’s leadership in the environmental arena by using climate change as a competitive advantage. His initial efforts to map the company’s environmental footprint have resulted in significant reductions in greenhouse gas emissions. He sees the company’s commitment to GHG reduction and mitigation as essential to the company’s core belief that business can be a change agent in the world. Paul has initiated programs and processes that exhibit his belief that environmental practices are typically best business practices. His focus on the four R’s (reduce, reuse, recycle, recover) through the use of EMS (Environmental Management System) has diverted much of the waste stream resulting in a financial revenue stream. Paul shares the company’s environmental best practices through public speaking engagements and by testifying before state and federal agencies to influence environmental policies.
Prior to joining Green Mountain Coffee in 1993, Paul founded and managed Baseline Solutions, a consulting company focused on bottom line improvements in manufacturing operations, pollution compliance, equipment design and process layout. During this time, GMCR was a major client for Baseline Solutions. Paul graduated from Boston State College with a major in sociology and a minor in education. After teaching for four years he was awarded a fellowship to Fitchburg State College, earning an ME.

David Darr

David came to DFA in 2001 to work in the area of economic analysis and market research. His work in those areas entailed conducting logistics studies for milk collection and disposition, economic outlook for the dairy industry and publishing various communications pieces for DFA members and staff. In addition, David has participated in DFA’s strategic planning team and led the development and implementation of the Gold Standard program that was introduced to DFA members in 2007. In his current role, David helps lead DFA’s efforts around the area of sustainability. First steps are to assess what DFA is currently doing to most efficiently utilize our resources, then identify areas where we can make progress toward conservation of resources, whether they be from the land, animals or our people.

Since joining NatureWorks in 2003, Steve has led fibers applications development, business development in apparel, home textile, and nonwovens markets, brand management, and marketing communications. Previously at Honeywell International, he held a variety of positions spanning process & product development, and applications and downstream business development in the polymers & fibers markets.

John H. Downs, Jr. is senior vice president, Public Affairs and Communications of Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE). CCE is the world’s largest Coca-Cola bottling company with $20 billion in revenue and 73,000 employees. A 22-year veteran of the company, John leads an international team across the United States, Canada, Great Britain, France, Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg. He is responsible for the strategy, direction and management of the company’s government relations and issues management, corporate responsibility and sustainability, crisis communications, media relations and external communications, employee and executive communications, and community relations. John reports to the Chairman and CEO and is a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team. He also chairs the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Advisory Council and is the executive liaison to the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Committee of the Board of Directors.
In 1986, John joined the Mid-Atlantic Coca-Cola Bottling Company as vice president, Administration and Public Affairs and soon was promoted to vice president, Public Affairs for Coca-Cola Enterprises’ North Group. In 1989, John was named corporate vice president and an officer, and established the Public Affairs and Communications capability at Coca-Cola Enterprises. He was appointed senior vice president, Public Affairs and Communications in 1999. John began his career in government relations as a legislative assistant to the Speaker of the House in Maryland. He expanded his government relations background by serving as Director of Governmental Affairs at the Glass Packaging Institute, a national trade association in Washington, D.C., and as the Director of State and Local Governmental Affairs for the American Beverage Association. In these roles, he has been involved with and led several major issue management and political campaigns.
John serves on numerous boards including The Coca-Cola Foundation, the Coca-Cola Bottlers’ Association Board of Governors, the Council for Corporate & School Partnerships, Chairman of the Coca-Cola Enterprises Charitable Foundation, the Georgia and Cobb County Chambers of Commerce, Morehouse School of Medicine, Voices for Georgia’s Children, and the Georgia Public Policy Foundation. He was also appointed to the Georgia Department of Education’s Parent, Community and Business Advisory Board and the Commission for a New Georgia’s Administrative Services task force by Governor Sonny Perdue.
He holds a B.A. degree in political science from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland, and completed some graduate work in the M.B.A. program at Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland

Gerry received a BS in chemical engineering from the University of Delaware and a MBA from the University of South Carolina . He has 34 years of experience in the PET and Recycling Industry. Gerry serves on the Board of directors of The Association of Post-Consumer Plastic Recyclers as Vice-Chairman and is a charter member and Chairman of South Carolina’s Recycling Market Development Advisory Council by appointment of the Governor.

Jochen Gassner

As Director of the Climate Neutral department at First Climate, Jochen’s responsibilities encompass the development of international and national VER markets, the design of climate neutral products and services, and the consulting of private and public sector clients.
Before joining First Climate (formerly 3C), he worked as Group Environmental Manager at Borealis and as Environmental Consultant for a number of industry sectors. Jochen has several years of experience in environmental and sustainability consulting as well as corporate sustainability management at industry level. He studied environmental engineering at the Leoben University of Mining and Metallurgy, Austria and holds a PhD in sustainability research from Graz University of Technology, Austria.

Jim Goddard

Jim, a ten-year veteran of Nike, manages the Waste Reductions initiatives across the Nike matrix. The goal is to reduce waste through the supply chain from product design and development through the retail experience. Jim has managed Reuse-A-Shoe, through which recycled over 17 million pairs of shoes. He coordinated the creation and implementation of Nike’s climate change programs in partnership with WWF’s Climate Savers Program. He also managed initiatives in packaging and environmental indicators.
Jim is a professional engineer with masters in Engineering Management. Prior to Nike, was a process development engineer in manufacturing, a consulting engineer in pulp and paper, and managed government recycling programs.

Maisie Greenawalt

As Vice President of Bon Appétit Management Company, Maisie Greenawalt oversees communications, culinary development and marketing. She also handles all internal and external communications for Bon Appétit including public relations. Some of the issues Maisie has helped Bon Appétit tackle include local purchasing, the overuse of antibiotics, sustainable seafood, cage-free eggs and, most recently, the connection between food and climate change.

Prior to joining GSK in 1983, Jim has worked in the chemical industry and the US Environmental Protection Agency on environmental issues in the areas of research, design, construction, permitting, and enforcement. Jim has an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering, a Masters degree in Environment Health Engineering and another in Management Sciences, and a PhD in Environmental Engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania and Maryland, a Diplomate in Environmental Engineering and is a Certified Quality Manager.

Jim Hanna

Jim Hanna joined Starbucks Coffee Company in November 2005, lending his expertise to the company’s initiatives to minimize its environmental footprint through green building, energy conservation, international procurement, waste minimization and collaboration with partner corporations and NGOs. Prior to Starbucks, he served as Director of Environmental Affairs for Xanterra Parks & Resorts at Yellowstone National Park. In the position, Jim oversaw Xanterra’s many progressive environmental initiatives in its operations as the primary concessionaire in the park, including an ISO 14001-certified Environmental Management System. Before escaping to Yellowstone, he worked as Director of Operations for Teris Environmental in Los Angeles, managing the company’s seven regional offices in North America. A native of Olympia, Washington, Jim earned a BS in Environmental Sciences from Washington State University and is a U.S. Green Building Council LEED-accredited professional.

Nancy Hirshberg

Nancy Hirshberg is Vice President of Natural Resources for Stonyfield Farm, the world's leading organic yogurt producer, based in New Hampshire. Nancy has worked at the nexus of food, business and the environment for nearly two decades, emerging as one of the field’s thought leaders. Since 1991, she has been at the helm of Stonyfield Farm's efforts to improve its environmental performance and reduce its ecological footprint. Nancy also spearheaded Stonyfield Farm’s organic program for more than a decade.
Under Nancy’s management, Stonyfield Farm's environmental leadership has been recognized by the environmental community, garnering many of the most prestigious awards given to business, including: The Green Cross Millennium Award for Corporate Environmental Leadership; the President's Council on Sustainable Development National Award for Sustainability; and the Green Power Leadership award from the U.S Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S department of Energy.
Nancy has served on numerous boards including The American Farmland Trust and Vice President of the Organic Trade Association. She has also served as a consultant on environmental and organic issues for such entities as Seventh Generation, Hewlett Packard, and myorganic.com.
Before joining Stonyfield Farm, Nancy studied Plant and Soil Science and environmental education, and worked in education, forestry and agriculture. Nancy is the mother of a yogurt loving daughter who serves to continuously remind her of the importance of her work on behalf of the planet, and above all to keep a good sense of humor.

Terence Ilott

After a degree in natural sciences at Cambridge University, Terence Ilott was a research biologist in Cambridge and California before joining the UK Department of the Environment in 1989. His roles have included producing the UK’s sustainable development strategy in 1999 and secondments to the Norwegian Ministry of the Environment and to the UK Department of Trade and Industry to work on the Government’s 2003 Energy White Paper.
From 2004, Terence headed Defra’s work on sustainable consumption and production, including work on business environmental performance and reporting, on the environmental performance of products (including energy efficiency of appliances and other products), and consumer information on the environment. Over the past year he has concentrated on work on products and the environment, including carbon footprinting of products and their supply chains. A progess report on UK work on sustainable products and materials was published in July 2008.

Mr. Jones joined Dean Foods in 2002 as its labor and employment counsel, after practicing labor and employment law in the Dallas, Texas office of Littler Mendelson, P.C. for 8 years. In 2004, Mr. Jones took on the responsibility of serving as the company’s chief compliance officer. Now, Mr. Jones is in charge of the company’s corporate responsibility efforts, which include ethics, compliance, and sustainability. As the company’s chief compliance officer, Mr. Jones is responsible for coordinating the implementation of the Company’s compliance program, which includes conducting risk assessments, training programs, and investigations of alleged violations of the company’s Code of Ethics.

Sujeesh Krishnan

Sujeesh is responsible for the Carbon Trust’s product carbon footprinting and labeling initiatives in the US. He is leading product carbon footprinting pilot efforts with leading manufacturers and retailers in the US and is also working with key government bodies, NGOs, and think tanks around the development of product carbon footprinting methodologies and standards.
Prior to joining the Carbon Trust, Sujeesh was a consultant with Ernst Young’s Investor Group Services, providing acquisition related market due diligence and portfolio company strategy services to private equity and corporate clients.
Sujeesh started his career at i2 Technologies Inc., a Dallas- based supply chain solutions provider, where he worked with a number of Fortune 100 high tech companies to improve supply chain operations. He then worked at GetConnected, a Boston-based software company, where in addition to managing and launching a number of new product roll-outs, Sujeesh worked with consumer electronics retailers to develop and execute subscription services programs focusing on digital services such as wireless and broadband.
Sujeesh holds a B.E. (Honors) in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science (Pilani, India), a M.S. in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin (Madison) and a MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Cambridge).

Dr. Elizabeth Kujan

Beth Kujan manages the Supply Chain Leadership Collaboration in North America for Carbon Disclosure Project. Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) is best known for its work with the institutional investor community. CDP has a new project providing a coordinating secretariat for companies seeking to understand the business implications of carbon constraints on their supply chain: both the risks and opportunities presented by climate change and impending regulation.
Beth has five years of experience developing standards for the telecommunications industry. Before joining Carbon Disclosure Project, Beth held engineering positions in various industries: cellular basestation, silicon fabrication, military research, and nuclear power. She did her undergraduate work at MIT and completed her PhD at Cornell University.

Kathy Larson

Kathy has worked at Frontier since 1980, and has held a variety of management positions in Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Research and Development, and Marketing. She has been a member of Frontier's management team from its first formation, and she served two terms on Frontier's Board of Directors. She is currently a member of the United Plant Savers' Board of Directors. Kathy is an herbalist, an aromatherapist, and a strong advocate of organic agriculture. She has traveled to Europe and Asia to source botanicals and establish organic-grower programs for Frontier. In addition to heading Frontier's sustainability programs, Kathy also manages the company's education and communications programs.

Deborah L. Louison

Deborah Louison joined Cadbury in January 2004 to serve as the first in-house public affairs person for Cadbury Schweppes in the Americas Region, which includes North America, Northern Latin America, and South America. In 2006, she was promoted to the position of Senior Vice President Corporate Affairs. Her responsibilities cover sustainable business practices/ CSR, government affairs, corporate communications, and association representation.
Deborah is a member of the regional leadership team and reports to Jim Chambers, President and CEO of Cadbury Schweppes Americas Confectionery and to Alex Cole, corporate affairs director at Group HQ in London.
Prior to joining Cadbury Schweppes, Deborah served eleven years as Senior Vice President and Director, Global Services with APCO Worldwide Inc., a global public affairs consultancy headquartered in Washington, where her work focused on international clients in Russia, China and Europe. Her responsibilities included managing multi-faceted global corporate positioning projects, providing services ranging from government affairs and media relations to incident management, financial communications and corporate social responsibility.
Additional experience over her 30-year career in public affairs includes her appointment as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Intergovernmental and Public Liaison with the U.S. Department of Energy, where her responsibilities included liaison with state and local elected officials, energy industry executives, American Indian tribal governments, trade unions and other external stakeholders; work as Director of Federal Affairs for the National Conference of State Legislatures where she also managed the Agriculture and Energy policy committees; as Legislative Director for two members of the U.S. Congress with committee responsibilities on Interior and Agriculture. She began her public affairs career serving in several program management positions with the State of South Dakota.
Deborah graduated with highest honors from National Louis University of Illinois with a degree in organizational management.

Jacob Madsen

Jacob Madsen is a senior Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Consultant in the largest and most experienced team of LCA consultants in the UK. He possesses over seven years experience in LCA and environmental engineering and management, in both R&D and consultancy.
Jacob is an experienced project manager gained by conducting numerous LCA’s and other environmental projects. He is currently managing several of ERMs high profile LCA and Carbon Footprinting projects in various sectors including the food and drink sector, paper and pulp sector, clothing and textiles sector etc.
Jacob has actively participated in the development of LCA and he is also member of different working groups within UNEP and SETAC dealing with topics such as Life Cycle Costing, Input/Output LCA and Sustainable Consumption.
He is a LCA software expert and has developed and conducted SimaPro trainings besides developing new tools to measure sustainability such as Input/Output Analysis and teh Ecoindicator 99 methodologies.

Kevin chairs many industry association committee groups in the areas of Water Quality and Environmental Sustainability. Those include committee chair and leadership positions at the National Association of PET Container Resources, Beverage Packaging Environmental Council, Grocery Manufacturers Association, International Bottled Water Association, International Council of Bottled Water Associations. American Beverage Association, and the Beverage Industry Environmental Roundtable. Kevin has delivered technical presentations and regularly speaks on various regulatory and environmental topics for these and other trade associations. For the past year, Kevin’s primary focus has been with the Grocery Manufacturer Association and the Wal-Mart Food and Agricultural Network where he leads their Water Committee groups in the area of Environmental Sustainability.
Kevin has a BS in Biology from Bloomsburg University. He and his wife live in Oxford CT, enjoy traveling and spending time with their children who live or study across the country.

While at Intel, Gary has held a variety of leadership positions, including: Regional Environmental Health & Safety Manager, HR Communications Manager and External Affairs Manager. Gary's current role is Senior Manager, Corporate Responsibility where he works on a broad range of issues involving sustainability, stakeholder management, and corporate reputation.
Gary has a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health from the University of Montana-Montana Tech and a Master of Science degree in Industrial Hygiene from Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas. Gary and his wife Carolyn, live in Chandler, Arizona where Gary is an active volunteer in the local community, and is currently serving as President of the Chandler Education Foundation Board of Directors.<

Pimentel has published more than 600 scientific papers and 27 books and has served on many national and government committees including the National Academy of Sciences; President’s Science Advisory Council; U.S Department of Agriculture; U.S. Department of Energy; U.S. Department of Health, Education and Welfare; Office of Technology Assessment of the U.S. Congress; and the U.S. State Department.

Shiva Subramanya, Chief Operations Officer, has over fifteen years of broad experience in the energy industry and is responsible for the company’s sales, marketing and product development as well as the Carbon Energy Reduction Solutions Operating Division of the company. Mr. Subramanya worked with Enron Energy Services as the Southwest Region Project Development Director from 1997 through Enron’s demise in December 2001. During that period, Mr. Subramanya led Enron’s five regions in successfully developed energy projects by creating more than $100 MM in energy opportunities. Since Enron, he has continuously functioned as Energy and Power Solutions’ President, guiding the company’s continuously improving sales results, market penetration and product development efforts. Prior to Enron’s acquisition of The Bentley Company in 1997, he developed energy projects throughout the western United States for utilities and government agencies as the Energy Engineering Manager. He was instrumental in the sale by The Bentley Company of a multi-year, multi-million dollar “Super ESPC” energy conservation program initiated by the Department of Energy. His experience includes carbon energy reduction planning for the City of San Diego, utility real time pricing and energy commodity pricing and sales.
Prior to his private practice career, Mr. Subramanya taught graduate level energy curriculum at Portland State University.
Shiva has a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, is a Certified Energy Manager and is recognized by the EPA as a Green Light Surveyors Ally. He has been a featured speaker on wide ranging energy issues, published papers in the energy industry, and serves on the Board of the Southern California Chapter of the Association of Energy Engineers.

Jim Sullivan is the Director of U.S. EPA’s Climate Leaders, a voluntary program that partners with businesses to help them develop long-term comprehensive climate change strategies. Through this partnership, companies agree to inventory their corporate-wide GHG emissions, develop a high-quality management system, set an aggressive reduction goal, and report annually to EPA on their progress. Mr. Sullivan’s previous work at EPA included developing and analyzing performance metrics for U.S. climate programs and he is an internationally recognized expert on policies and measures to combat climate change.
Prior to his service at EPA, Mr. Sullivan worked at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher, & Flom as an environmental client specialist focusing on environmental litigation, corporate due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and environmental permitting & regulatory issues for a variety of Fortune 500 clients.
Mr. Sullivan is a graduate of Brown University and holds a Masters of Science in Environmental Science and Policy from Johns Hopkins University.

Gail Tavill leads the focus on sustainable development to enable ConAgra’s Research, Quality & Innovation team to develop, validate and commercialize products, processes and packaging in ways that are consistent with economic, social and environmental sustainability principles. In this role, Gail also has oversight for Shelf Ready, Merchandizing and Channels Packaging. Gail joined ConAgra Foods in Irvine, CA in 2000 and transferred to the company’s corporate headquarters in Omaha, NE in 2006. She has held progressive leadership roles in both Packaging and Product Development prior to her current assignment. Gail has led brand R&D for Chef Boyardee, PAM, and LaChoy as well as New Product Development and has led packaging R&D across all of ConAgra’s products.
Prior to joining ConAgra, Gail held various Packaging R&D roles at Kraft Foods in Glenview, IL, working on such brands as DiGiorno Pizza, Taco Bell Home Originals, Velveeta, Kraft Singles, Cheez Whiz, Breyer’s Ice Cream and Jell-O Pudding Pops.
Gail earned a BS in Packaging from Michigan State University where she currently serves as Vice President on the board of directors for the MSU Packaging Alumni Association. She also earned an MS in Environmental Management from Stuart School of Business at the Illinois Institute of Technology.

This role includes promoting sustainable business opportunities through integrating environmental, health, and safety issues into business decision-making throughout the product value chain.
Jodi has been with BASF for twelve years and has held several positions in Corporate EHS and has had experience working in Marketing and Product Management within BASF’s Performance Chemicals business unit. Prior to joining BASF, Jodi was the Environmental Manager at Avon Products, Inc and has held several site and corporate EHS positions working in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries.
Jodi earned a BS in Biology from the State University of New York at Binghamton and an MPH in Environmental & Occupational Health from New York Medical College.

Jerome is responsible for the AT&T enterprise-wide policy, strategy and operating effectiveness for Fleet Operations, an organization present in all 50 states and 23 countries internationally. Webber was appointed to his current position in August 2007.
Prior to being appointed to his current position, he served as Assistant Vice President – OSP C&E Support and was responsible for providing 22-state support to the regional OSP Construction and Engineering organizations. This support included new technology evaluation, developing methods and procedures, capital deployment policies, process improvement and various operational initiatives. In addition, his organization provided project management leadership for several key initiatives, such as Fiber to the Cell Site, Next Generation OSP Engineering, Cable Mining and support of Project Lightspeed.
Webber previously served as Executive Director – Construction & Engineering, SBC Southwest. In this position he had responsibility for all outside plan construction and engineering activities for Missouri, Oklahoma, Kansas and Arkansas. Webber also served as Director – Local Operations Center, SBC Southwest, where he was responsible for all CLEC provisioning and maintenance issues for the entire SBC Southwest region.
Webber began his career in 1986 in St. Louis, MO, as an Installation & Repair manager. He has held several positions in Network Services, Technology Planning, Product Development, HR and Procurement during his 21-year tenure with AT&T.
Webber has served on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement, University of Missouri-Rolla’s Corporate Development Council, Minority Engineering Council and has been involved with several non-profit philanthropic organizations, including the United Way, Crisis Pregnancy, YMCA and San Antonio Lighthouse for the Blind.
Webber is a 1982 graduate of the University of Missouri-Rolla, where he earned a B.S. Electrical Engineering. Later he attended graduate school at Webster University in St. Louis, MO.
